Read reviews and was iffy on if I should stay here or not. They were the only hotel available during Cheyenne Frontier Days so I had no other option. Talked to lady about their reviews and she said they are under new management and even came to the rooms to inspect them with us to make sure we were okay with them. Guy at front desk was super friendly and the beds were AMAZING! Definitely will stay there again if I’m ever in the area!

Jessica M. was THE BEST! Promote her to "owner". SO helpful. Checked us in fast, and when we had a slight maintenance issue she walked me through it. Great location, room is wonderful (minus our maintenance issue), and IF they get a pool and breakfast they'll be my favorite hotel ever! 4.9999 stars!🤩

Talked to the front desk about their poor reviews because I was curious since the lobby looked nice. They just got new management & are slowing turning things around. My room was extremely clean and I had a pleasant soak in the clean tub. 👍Would give this place a try if you’re looking for a place with a good price. Dropped this review since their rep is bad but it’s a good spot nonetheless. Wanted to support new management.

I'm rating this budget motel high because of the exceptional service I received after a 'cost saving app' scheduled me two nights away, not that night I needed it (not my fault). After I argued on the phone over an hour with the app, they refunded my card. I mentioned to front desk clerk I had googled their motel, and had seen a lower price than the app. The lower price was honored. I ended up staying 3 consecutive nights. Though not high class, the room was clean, descent furniture, everything worked properly, and bed was comfortable. Thank you to Budet Inn of Laramie Wyoming for treating me so well.

The service desk attendant, Avery, went above and beyond for my husband and myself. Made our stay memorable. Gave us great advice and made sure we were well taken care of! I hope to see him again on our next stay in the future!

Rooms are stocked w basics and travel hygiene samples. It could use a deep clean but they are remodeling and changing out refrigerators for bigger ones. My husband stayed there for months for work. I visited a few times. He was content for sure. I was comfortable. If u r looking for a reasonably priced place to crash then this is your place. But if you are a pre Madonna n want something for half the cost to stay at a 4/5 star place. Keep moving. Beds are clean w/o bed bugs. The pillows are comfy and the water is hot. Tv works. U hv heat n lights. U could sleep in worse conditions. Be thankful there are cheaper avenues like this. I know we were!

I have not personally stayed at this address in a couple of decades, but today my client, who is staying there, needed to attend a court hearing by video and her phone was not working. The hotel manager, Baylei came to the rescue and allowed my client to use her phone so that she could appear by video--an extraordinary kindness that kept my client on the judge's good side. Thank you Baylei!

Y’all. They’ve done a huge upgrade/renovation AND the staff are great. Larry at the front desk is kind, attentive, and works hard to keep the place clean. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. Water is hot and has great pressure in the shower! Bathrooms are clean as well. See my photos. While the outside needs an update and it’s on the industrial side of the interstate, it’s great. What excellent value for money!

Was under remodel so very lacking, however, the front desk gal was EXTREMELY kind and accommodating for the things we needed.
